Nutritional Balancing
Improper nutrition can cause metabolic and hormonal imbalances which can result in weight gain and illness. To achieve and maintain a balanced metabolism, your body needs a unique combination of nutrients. This can vary greatly from person to person. One approach does not fit everyone. Testing can determine your metabolic type and your particular dietary and nutritional needs. This sophisticated program is based on more than 40 combined years of clinical research and practical experience.

Growing Well
Wellness is like a garden and the “seeds” of good health are something that we must intentionally sow and tend in order for them to bloom. It takes a balanced approach to get the best results for our efforts. We must not overwater or, alternatively, neglect a crop, or it will wither and die. So, we nurture and nourish our crops, by removing the things that are toxic and introducing proper nutrients, water, and an environment that will encourage a plentiful harvest. The more we tend our “wellness gardens” the healthier we become, both inside and out.

Birth Control & Fertility
Cramping, painful and irregular periods are often due to a deficiency of progesterone and an excess of estrogen. So estrogen-alone birth control pills - as are the most commonly prescribed pills on the market now - will compound the problem. Actually, any type of birth control that stops ovulation, such as an IUD or progestin mini-pills, have adverse health effects. Women now have an option to choose a natural, effective form of birth control through understanding their bodies. Through this understanding, couples can also use this method to achieve pregnancy.
